In this role, you will:

We are specialists in working at heights and climbing, providing all necessary products in the field. Our customers include companies and authorities with operations and employees working at high altitudes, as well as sports and professional stores. Through our website, we also reach out to private individuals in both the sports and outdoor segments. Our headquarters is located in Uppsala and also houses our training center with a ceiling height of 18 meters. C2 also has local offices in Höganäs. We have now celebrated 20 years and are one of the largest players in the industry. We are known for our high competence, quality, and focus on meeting customer needs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and coach our Training team and be an inspiring role model for our instructors.
• Ensure that our training programs are delivered with the highest quality and precision.
• Manage customer responsibilities (within training), including pricing, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Plan and administer the course calendar and ensure that the schedule runs smoothly.
• Take responsibility for financial processes such as invoicing and project accounting.
• Develop and improve our processes and ways of working to stay ahead.
• Drive business development for Training and identify new growth opportunities.
• Be responsible for the Training business area.
• Be a member of our management team.
